Terms for doing absolutely nothing useful.
These terms govern your use of Useless, including the mobile app, website, games, social features, one-time support purchases, and Useless+ subscriptions.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, defraud, scrape, disrupt, or use Useless to violate another person’s privacy or rights.
Social content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, moderate, and distribute it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Games and safety
Games are entertainment, not professional advice. Do not perform dangerous prompts. Alcohol is never required. Skip any prompt, stop at any time, obey local law, and never drink and drive.
Paid features and billing
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. The price, currency, billing period, taxes, and included benefits shown in the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase form part of these terms. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Useless+ subscriptions
Useless+ plans are auto-renewing subscriptions unless the purchase screen says otherwise. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and again at renewal. You can view or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.
Coffee and one-time purchases
Coffee purchases are optional, one-time digital support purchases. They are not donations to a charity, investments, deposits, stored value, or promises of ownership. They do not renew automatically, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and only include benefits expressly displayed before purchase.
Refunds, price changes, and taxes
Apple controls billing, receipts, refund eligibility, and refund processing for App Store purchases. Refund requests must normally be submitted to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund rights and consumer protections vary by country and remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded. We may change future prices or plan benefits with any notice and consent required by Apple or applicable law.
Verification and paid access
Paid access begins only after a transaction is successfully verified. It may be delayed, withheld, or removed when a purchase is pending, canceled, refunded, revoked, expired, fraudulent, or cannot be verified. Restoring purchases requires the same Apple Account used for the original transaction. Purchase records may be retained as needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal compliance.
Moderation
We may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Appeals may be sent to support@useusless.com.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or disappear. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through reasonable means. Questions: legal@useusless.com.
